FUN IN VEGAS FOR UNDER 21s - WHY CASINOS AND CLUBBING AREN'T EVERYTHING


I'm a huge lover of this city, having gone four times I feel as though I really know Vegas pretty well. However, people often say how could I love and know this city well? I'm only 19 years old and have previously only visited as a child or in my early teens. I clearly cannot know it very well. Yes, they are probably right to an extent, I cannot talk much for the clubbing and casino scene. Even those who can happily drink and gamble in the UK at 18, cannot gamble here until they are 21. However, by experiencing Vegas from a young age, I certainly do know a lot about all the other things it has to offer! So, for those of you of similar age to me or even younger, here is a little post all about how Vegas can be a wonderful destination for you - casinos and clubbing really aren't everything.

HEDGEHOGS ARE DISAPPEARING FROM OUR COUNTRY, CAN YOU HELP?


To all of you lovely people who live in the United Kingdom, I'm sure you're all aware of our lovely animals, one of them being the hedgehog. They're spiky, adorable, everyone welcomes them to their garden as free slug killers and we're proud to say they are one of our most recognised national animals. However, did you know that hedgehogs are disappearing at an alarming rate?  We've already lost over a third of hedgehogs in the last ten years alone, leaving us with under a million left. In the 1960s there were around 30 million, I'm sure that puts it into perspective.

This is really important. Of course people have different views and opinions on how to live their lives, but in my opinion, a healthy body is a good way to start improving yourself. And no, being healthy does not equal being slim, it's all about what's healthy for your body. By keeping active and eating well your body will thank you. Your energy levels will increase, your stamina will increase, your overall appearance will improve. In addition, your immune function will be much better, and mentally you will feel more positive. By having a body that functions well, means you brain functions well also - it's no cure for a bad mood or mental disorders, but it certainly helps <3
